I would increase the frequency of checking your reservoir, if it's full it can't extract any more oil vapor. With 290k I'd expect a bit of blow-by.

That's the plan. The last round was 6000 miles and it was half full.

This is mine after 5000 miles some of which were at 85-90 mph and being in teens and single digits. Engine has 290,000 on it. View attachment 448365
