Shock on the top was the one that was locked up. If I turn the shock to the side Oil pours out of the air port. The bottom shock is shot. No rebound. I compressed it then took the picture.

I bought this Tahoe at 50k it was a certified used vehicle. I think that the shocks were shot when I bought it. There was no rust in the trailer hitch, so that tells me that they didn't ever have a receiver inserted into the hitch. The back seats look like they had never been sat in, the TV in the rear still had the protective plastic on the screen. So I think it was an older couple that owned it before me.
