This topic has nothing to do with Tahoes/Yukons, but it does have to do with cars. I have noticed this on forums for a long time, and have been dying to ask. How are you guys and girls (particularly young ones 16 -28 years old) able to own multiple expensive cars at one time? I am not saying people lie and I am not calling anyone out in particular. If I can say anything....I am jealous as hell. I see young guys that are 16 -18 with 2007 Tahoes and 2008 Escalades. One has an new Tahoe, a new truck, some other car, and a 2010 mustang on order, and they are younger than 20. I love cars as much as the next person which is why I am asking.....How does everyone do it? Let me in on the secret so I can enjoy it myself. Again, I am not trying to start a confrontation or call anyone out as a liar. I got $10,000 off on my Tahoe with 0% interest and my payment is still $560 a month. I can't imagine being able to afford 2-4 cars all priced at $35,000 - $65,000.

you pay less monthly for both those cars? Did you put a large amount down on the tahoe?

As far as my cars, i just work hard, espcially for my age. Ive had a full time job for 4 years now and worked full time through college. In all honestly, if it weren't for my parents i wouldnt have the nice cars I have now. They bought me several cars when i was younger which i later traded in on some of my current cars. I also received a very large amount of cash from inheritance i received from my grandfather. But really not much of that money has gone to cars.

So that is the key then. I lived at home until 22 when I graduated college. It is smart to get what you want when there aren't many other worries (like kids, house pmt, etc.) I should have thought about that when i lived at home. Oh to turn back time.

Yea, I had no debt, including car payments when I bought my home. I plan to stay that way.

well I own a construction company with my dad. Nuff said. But details if your interested. Vette was my grand fathers and I inherited it when he died. I pay cash for everything, So I dont rush out and buy the expensive stuff with a loan. I have a nice house because I know how to build. I wait a bit then pay cash. When I was 18 I got deep in debt using credit cars, So I make sure to pay all those off every month. Also My house is paid off but my dad bought it as a flip, and I ended up taking it over and doing all the work my self. But 3 years ago (which some of you man remember me) I was a real estate agent and my first new car was my 06. Im in the best position of my life. I have a very nice income that lets me freely buy things. I have no debt, Other than credit cards that are paid off in the first month and if not all of it 50% then the other 50% the next month (added interest though). Really I got pretty lucky. Also before I started working with my dad I Built up a great savings account flipping houses back in 05 when the housing market was incredible. Buy a house for 50k, put 30k in to it. Sell it for 175k. I did that alot. It was fantastic.

I sold drugs (coke) for just one summer about two years ago and made a profit of $60k, which is how the Tahoe came.
LMAO, nope like most other people below 20 on here, my parents bought it for me, thoguh I carried out the mods on my own.

my parents bought me a brand new trailblazer when i got my license in 07 and it turned out to just have all kinds of problems. We traded it in a few weeks ago for a 07 tahoe. They also bought this car for me because we got nothing on the trade in, but the mods are all me.
