A good place to ask, is your local Police or Sheriff Dept. I asked them who tints their car windows, and the company did a great job..... ask them who replaces their windshields.

A salvage yard could have an example of the window seam??

Is it considered a windshield problem? Most insurance fix that with no deductible. Maybe a long shot but worth a go?

Now days, most insurance companies only fix a windshield rock-chip and no deductible. Very few, replace a windshield without a deductible. Unless you submit a license plate & dump truck company name for subrogation**. ( Unlawful for a truck to spill rocks )
