did you check the wheel hubs? i'm guessing those may be questionable based on the condition of said project.

I did. RH side had been replaced as indicated by blue sensor wire and was tight. LH side wasn't as new and had likely been replaced given the mileage, but was tight as well. Ball joints and tie rods were tight but most boots were split. I'm sure they weren't original but the bushings and shocks were definitely aged.
