Welcome to the forums! Truck looks good. Removing the molding is easy they are just glued on. Due to them being on the vehicle for all of these years I would remove them really carefully though as some members have seen them remove paint just from adhering that much to the paint/body. Just take a heat gun to them to soften the glue up really good and slowly pull them off. Then use a 3M wheel to remove the remaining adhesive. I would imagine the rocker panels would be similar but I'm not sure on that one.
