I bought from the same eBay seller, one ballast failed and he sent a replacement right out, problem solved, I love my bulb color too, if they fail again I'm going with DDM as others have said...

my ballasts are stuffed down below my headlights, by the rubber dust guard thing.

Have bought 7 sets of DDM Hids so far for my and familys vehicals. none have failed.
one particular friend has put them on his and familys vehicals, including their fleet of 7 bigrig trucks... none have failed. other than one that had a power socket issue, it simply wouldnt snap in. A zip tie fixed that..
All of tehse vehicals have the ballasts just sandwiched inbetween stuff or ziptied to other items..

When I get my sand rail, There will be 5 sets going on it alone..

I must be the only one who isn't so convinced by DDM. I've gone through several different HID kits and am currently on a DDM set (55w 5000k hi/lo with 35w 3000k fogs) in my Altima and have had nothing but trouble out them. It might be because I'm using 55w, though... not sure.

Since installing the DDMs (hi/lo kit, relay included) I cannot turn my headlights on if I've cranked up the car already (fogs work fine), or they will flash on, then turn right back off. Also, the bulbs shake on high beams (but are perfect on low beams). I don't know where exactly the issue lies, but I've certainly not been impressed with their performance.

They do, however, seem to have the most rugged and yet slimine design of all of the sets that I've tried.

I am running 35w 6000k DDM as well.. i really cant complain, i have had to replace a ballast and a bulb so far, but they have a lifetime warranty so they swapped them out for free. i have had them over a year now, running strong. It helps that i can go to the store and swap out broken ones, but for the price, you cannot beat them..
