Hello! This is my first post, but I have learned a lot from this website!

I have a 2010 Denali XL. I guess I should say...My wife has a 2010 Denali XL. I have installed a rear leveling kit to give it a lower stance this summer. But I am thinking about doing a 2.5/1 leveling kit for this winter and running more aggressive tires. I have aftermarket 22" that need new tires, so I think I am going to run with them. My question...What is the max tire I can run with that leveling kit and wheel and not rub?

I appreciate any and all input! Love the site!!

So far I have removed all emblems, side moldings, installed new blacked out grill, blacked out all chrome, LED smoked taillights, all LED bulbs and HID headlights and tinted windows. 20% over rear factory tint and 50% (legal) in the front/with visor.

I test fit a 305/45r22 on my Suburban (2/1 level) at the tire shop. It fit fine, no rub, but it was close. I believe that is the largest 22" size you can run without trimming. In this size your all terrain options are limited though - Nitto Terra Grappler ($340/tire) or Hankook Dynapro ATM ($240/tire, a great deal for 22 A/Ts).

Edit: This is assuming stock offset wheels. Since you have aftermarket 22s, results may vary.

Thank you! You mentioned that you test fit...What tire size did you end up going with?

I ended up switching out the 22s for 18s to get a bit more sidewall. My 22s are sitting in storage though, and I kind of miss them, they looked good and got lots of compliments. I think for my next set of tires I will go with 33x12.50r22 (almost the same height as 305/45r22 but 1/2" wider and larger tire selection) and trim a bit to make them fit.
