Is that the correct part number for the Bilstein.? When I searched on Amazon it says that it doesn't fit my 2002 2wd Tahoe.

all done! Skid plate goes over bracket. However, I had to turn the damper around, and have the body on the passenger side. Reason being, is that I have the Cognito steering brace and the pitman arm bracket would hit the damper cylinder. I called Rough country and the dude said it was okay to reverse the damper. He did not sound to convincing..... anyone have a different opinion?

Care to share some pics? My KYB setup will be here in a few days. I'm trying to do it at the same time that I do my level and larger tires. As for the direction of the stabilizer, I don't see why it would make a difference. It should give equal resistance in both directions.

Photobucket, Flickr, etc. No biggie if you can't, I just like to look at examples before I dive into stuff.

Well, I ordered the KYB SS15326 today from KYB Outlet. I easily found a coupon code as well. Total cost shipped was about $47. It looks like it will work fine with a 2-2.5" leveling (torsion key) lift.

I just installed mine. While it was fairly self explanatory the instructions were incomplete (KYB Brand). It didn't say anything about using the 9/16" bolt and hardware. It said to use the skid plate bolt on that part of the bracket. I couldn't get the skid plate bolt to start so I drilled it out for the 9/16" bolt.

I had to drill one large hole, can't remember now maybe 9/16", into the front cross frame. Then you secure it with a large washer and nut. This gives it the main strength. The skid plate bolt just keeps it from sliding around on the larger bolt.
