Well decided to hijack my own thread. Chauncey I noticed in your sig that your lower valance / bumper that surrounds your fogs is black. Did you paint it or did it come that color. Mine is gray I like like the contrast yours gives.

Thanks Mr. Banks but it came that way and it's actually gray. Maybe the angle gives it a darker look. If you look at ScottyBoy's suburban, his lower valance is black plastic. I believe he got it from a 2006 ltz suburban. I was thinking about painting mine but I know the paint won't last so, I'm going to start my long search for one of those ltz valances.

Yup, it's grey. As much as I wish it was black, it's still grey.

Yeah, mine is black. Its for a 2006 Suburban LTZ. It looks exactly like a Z71 valance, but its black instead of gray. The 06 Suburban LTZ was the ONLY truck these came on. The 06 Z71 Tahoe and Suburban still had the gray one.

The 06 suburban LTZ also had that chrome z71 roof rack that no other vehicle had. It looked really good.

They also came with Esky door handles, and the Chrome Silverado SS wheels.
