Is it possible that this Tahoe has 4WD/AWD? (pic of dash)

Fleet cars have fewer 4WD options as yours shows. It has 4wd (no all wheel drive just an auto engagement of 4wd like they all have) but no high or low like most.

The 4WD is 4 hi, as shown by the number 4 followed by the up arrow. That is the standard 4x4 configuration for these vehicles irrespective of whether they were retail or fleet units.

Sorry I misspoke. It ONLY has 4 high. No other modes. I figured rentals never sprung for the tow packages etc that gave you 4 low. Maybe I’m wrong.

I'm no expert but here's a pic of my dash showing 2wd/Auto/4wd

Bought it from Hertz 2+ years ago, so it could have been a special fleet package, it is what it is.....

That would be the Magna Power MP3010 transfer case, first introduced in 2010 for use on the GMT-900s.
