can you take a pic of the lower a arm where mounts to frame. Ive seen local dealers charge 500 bucks for the bracket on the lower a arm which lifts the truck up. that is lifted.

Stock height in front on 285 45 22 is 35.75 to 36.75 depending on springs used. GM used 3 different spring rates on them.

rear 39 is highest ive ever seen. Check to see if there is a 1 inch spacer on bottom or top of the coil and if the coils are indeed oem with the label still on it

I don't see any bracket, but looking at that bolt, it looks like it has been removed before...

Looked over the pics your front has the spacer under the shock so yes it has a lift kit in front
