Hard to follow you... need periods at the end of your sentences and more detail as to what you did.

You replaced the bottom water hose, but the leak was still there, right? Did you replace the top hose? what about the smaller hoses at the top of the water pump? Did you replace the water pump or not? If so, did you replace the gaskets where the pump mounts to the block?

Check the hard cast fitting that is on the end of one of the heater core lines to the intake..i though my water pump was leaking also but when i tore it apart to work on alts, i noticed that the leak was in that hose...Good luck if it is it though cause they suck ass to remove....Just a thought

I've replaced my water pump three times (270k miles on the motor). If water is coming from front of engine, check the water pump itself as well as the potmetal fitting that grnrpr68 mentioned (passenger front on the intake). If the fitting is leaking make sure you replace it with a REAL metal fitting - the potmetal fitting is garbage. My hose was leaking at the fitting (the fitting had broken, but the metal attached to the hose was leaking also).

After replacing the potmetal fitting, I cut the metal end off the hose and mounted the hose more securely by using the real metal fitting that has a nipple for a direct hose connection.

If it's from the lower passenger firewall area, it could be the heater core fitting (I think that's what it's called - it's a black plastic fitting before you get to the firewall / heater core itself).
