Why does JL Audio say that the rear stealth box will NOT fit vehicles without the rear powerlift option??? I don't get it....

Why does JL Audio say that the rear stealth box will NOT fit vehicles without the rear powerlift option??? I don't get it....
Since you have one, how is it to sit in the drivers rear with the subs in your left ear?

Well guys, I got the Stealthbox installed,
looks great, sounds great.
Here is an installed pic for reference:
overall, it is great - a little loud for my tastes but the remote gain knob for the amplifier makes it real easy to adjust.
They removed the factory Bose sub (they thought there may be some phase-cancellation from the stock sub) and were able to mount the amplifier inside the console where the subs used to live.
Thanks for all the feedback that pushed me over the edge to purchase this equipment.
