it's coming along, have to shoot into Miami to pick up the esky 3rd brake light, appliqués and rack at some point. All is ready to go and install. Head lights are in and wired up. Might have the wife on the hook for some rims, drop, and possibly BBP tune/exhaust/intake.

What's the point of the Esky 3rd brake light when it lights up just as much as the Tahoe? Why doesn't the whole 3rd brake light light up like the 2000-2006 Esky's?

Oh man, that was a nice little project, I actually had to use the turning signal socket from the old headlights and re wire them into the new headlights harness. I also dremmeled (sp?) the old socket because the DRL has a different locking configuration in order for them to fit in and lock in place. I then tapped the DRL wire into the parking light wire on both sockets and then wired up the turning signal wire to both. They now both light up as DRLs and turning signals. PM me if you want a better walk through or if your really interested in doing this.

There is no point

It doesn't light up like the 00-06 esky's bc GM is cheap!!! A guy over on the caddy forums made one with the LED's going all the way across. Looks ****.

Putco makes a light bar that lights up all the way for the 07+ esky.
