not too much really going to keep it as a tow pig. I have done the windows and visors, looking to upgrade lights front and rear and get the wheels cleaned up and swap to some 265's.

long term if I really find the need I would consider a sas with a d60 for some 4x4 action. and I would consider that only because this is a lower mile truck that is in pretty darn good shape and I have the right amount of money into it. ( paid $1,200 and put $500 into calipers, rotors, pads ect) so less than 2k total in a 165k mile truck.

Off Road Design has a killer SAS kit for the HD GMT800 trucks. They have a couple pretty nice SAS shop trucks that get beat hard off road and they stand by their products. I have ordered a few things from them in the past and couldn't be happier.

Very nice truck BTW! Love the blue and 8.1

thanks, I will try to keep in mind when or if the time comes. I don't see the need right away esp with having other 4wd/AWD options in the driveway. I would keep it small even if I did like 285's just to keep it tow pig friendly just to add the 4x4 if needed.
