The sound is much better (deeper) than the stock setup.

The first few weeks my MPG went way down because I couldn't get enough of the sound.

After going back to normal driving style MPG was nearly the same as before.

I'm getting a rattle/vibration with my Airaid jr kit? Checked it all out, I
All clamps are tight? Anyone else have this issue?

Check to see if anything is touching the intake that might cause a rattle when the engine is running. Maybe the movement of the engine is making something else touch the intake in the engine bay.

^^^^ What he said. As for performance, the only thing you'll notice is that the truck will sound differently during acceleration. With that said I went with an AEM Brute Force intake... it simply looks cool.
