Kenwood Xcelon DNX9140 help!!!

just installed a Kenwood Xcelon DNX9140 indash unit this weeking in my 2005 Yukon. I love the thing so far but im having one issue. If i leave my Iphone plugged in and shut off the truck then turn the truck back on it will play for about 5-10 seconds then i will loose audio but it shows that it is still playing. If i unplug it and then reconnect it it works fine. I kow nothing about audio so the question I have is it a issue with my Kenwood unit or does it sound like it may be an Issue with my Iphone... Any tips would be very helpful

have you tried it with another iphone or a reg ipod??

no i havent yet... but thats a good idea. I can see if i can borrow my girlfirends ipod and see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the idea

i also heard that i can do a firmware update for the software on the unit on Kenwoods website. The only question i have with that is it looks like its only for the Garmin part of the Unit not the actual software.
