Really? No amp? hmmm.....that's good to know. I think I might just pull the trigger on these then.

Only thing that's stopping me is I just found the KS' on eBay for $60. They do okay running off the HU? (Keep in mind, I'm running an aftermarket HU - AVIC F700BT.) If they do, then I might go that route so I wouldn't have to replace the speakers if I decided to add an amp.

yes sir, the KS will run off the HU, even aftermarket HU (more power), they just give you the ability to even add more power later if you want. Great jump for $20 more.

yeah already told him its pretty much a done deal just have to wait until i get paid and finish up buying everything paint should be done sometime next week to... saturday is bb tune busy week hahahah

not to mention, he's local, ever have an install related issue, you can drive right down and get it fixed.
