I have an '06 Denali and am in the process of replacing the old bulbs in the dash and consoles with new red LED's.
My question is there anything to watch out for in doing the cluster. Not having pulled needles before my concern is getting them back on pointed in the correct location.

I am ok with doing the soldering. ( have already completed the steering wheel and the overhead controls for the rear a/c / sunroof)

Thanks in advance for any help/direction

Not sure if you have to pull the needles as 2003-2006 is different than the 2000-2002. But if you do, I've seen someone do it on the obs- Start your truck and let it get up to running temp. Take a pic of where the needles are and turn off truck. Remove needles and do the work needed. Reinstall cluster, start truck, and let it get up to running temp. Study pic taken earlier and reattach neddles into same position.

Just follow the write up I did and you should be fine. Turn the needles counter clockwise as far as they will go, then mark the position. Re-install the needles in the same position when done.
