wiring work? what? i thought i didnt need anythign for the DRL's?!?! and i thought the turn signals just had rapid blink?

For your year model I don't think you have to do anything for DRLs other than swap out the bulb, I have an 07 so I have to put in the LED protectors. For the turn signals, you will get hyperflashing unless you put in the resistors, that's the wiring I was referring to. The connections are really simple though, so not a big deal.

I think the LEDs will handle the hyperflashing ok, but not confident on that. At $20/bulb, probably worth putting the extra $$ into the resistors. Your rear turn signal bulbs (if stock) will probably be less receptive to the hyperflashing.

Im planning on paying like 9 a bulb. I got a guy on eBay who gives me good prices. Just got my reverse lights in. Look pretty good.

Got everything installed this weekend. My only complaint now is that everything doesn't match color wise. I'll get some pics up later for that, but basically the V-LEDs are very bright and work fine so far. 5000k is pure white, whereas I have 6000k HIDs in lows and fogs and my new DRL LEDs are 6000k as well, but are pretty dim in comparison simply due to the "LED Protectors" that I had to install.

Here's my resistor to prevent hyperflashing. The wire colors didn't really show up, but it's between the black and I think it was blue/white was the other.

This is the voltage regulator/led protector.

So as you can see the switchbacks are VERY white and bright, my drls are too dim and 6000k colored.
