The bulbs that I ordered are from a company called
OPT7. The cruddy part about their setup is that I had to go through a bunch of modification to the bulb because the 5202 adapter was the wrong height to work on the OEM fog light housing.
I would not recommend going the route I did but I didnt want to throw $80 out the door so I made it work by cutting up the OEM bulbs and using those as my connection to the fog light housing.

this looks like it would work perfectly.
The only thing I would caution is that they are BRIGHT! Super bright. As in twice as bright as the stock halogen headlight bulbs. So, if you are planning on driving around with them on while there is oncoming traffic it may not be the mod for you.
Here is a picture of the difference in connection height. The aftermarket bulb would not seat correctly into the OEM housing. I tried to cut an 1/8" off but it wasnt perfect when I was done so I cut up the OEM bulb and epoxied the connector to the led light. OEM bulb connector attached to the LED light is on the left.
