Im rocking a Street Glow 7 color LED kit with the tubes completely hidden and very bright!
Looks like a rave under the truck and I get too many looks to count!
All the people in my area have the real dim Neons with tubes showing which is sooo cheesy, as a matter of fact, in Texas it illegal to have the tube showing, supposed to only see the effects of the light!

These are the only lights i would get. Seem like they would help me out when i hooking up the trailer at night or wheeling.

All good info. I'm not sure what brand my friends kit is.. but it's free (but don't get me wrong... if its cheap it dosn't belong on my baby)

If I like the results yet it's an off brand kit.. i'll get StreetGlow

I installed cool white LED's on my old truck. I only used them when camping in the boonies. They illuminated the pitch black campsite when we needed something out of the truck and helped a ton when hooking up the trailer. They were tucked up high and couldn't be seen or damaged. LED's were easy on the battery, and I hooked them up to a remote switch for convenience.
