I got my LED tails from x3racing. I chose the smoked version, and i used VHT nite shade and made them darker. They turned out perfect, very glossy, I did not have to wet sand or clear coat.

The more I see LED tails the more I want them. Too bad I don't have any money since it all went into the car this year. Those look great.

its easy to paint, the vht is rattle can, just do 2 light coats at a time, and let it dry for about 10 mins, and repeat till its as dark as you want. And i didnt do it all but the top, i painted the whole light. Thats how bright the lights are even blacked out. I have gotten tickets for tail lights before, i tryed to keep em decently light, but they still turned out pretty dark. i think any red on my tails throws off my white/black theme on my truck. and thanks im planning on gettin bumpers painted, i need to get the chrome stripped first
