Left signal light is activated but emergency lights engage. ?? Why

So I turn on the left turn signal and the emergency lights turn on. It only does this the left turn signal. The right works perfect. Any help would be appreciated.

Like a relay or something like that? Can I buy this at the auto parts store (autozone, O'reilys)? Your not talking about the flasher right?
