You can do both!! I have, a 3 inch body lift, 3 inch spindles, 4 inch suspension lift kit and 5100 struts. Ground to fender height is 46" front and rear.

Any photos of the rear? And have you hauled with it? I'm nervous because we have used our tahoe to haul flatbeds from time to time and the hitch relocation makes me a little nervous for a BL

I ran 1/4 spacers just fine. Plenty of lug. Wasn't quite enough to clear the 305s from the sway bar though, I would suggest hubcentric spacers though for safety.You could probably get a front and rear 3/16" wheel spacer and that would help clear the sway bar and rear liner. They will fit in between wheel and brake rotor sliding on the studs. You have enough stud threads to run these spacers.
