That's exactly what I wanted to do. I have two friends with paint shops and wanted to lift the whole thing up and clean off all I could and the use the converter on it before I seal it. Then do the body work. I'm more interested in stopping it right now.

I just used the Rustoleum in the spray cans. Harbor Freight has them for under $6/can and they went pretty far.

Mine is a 07 from Raliegh NC. My rockers are rusting worse than any other vehicle I owned when I lived in MA.
Thankfully that's the only thing right now but, I need to get on it before it gets outta hand.

What are your plans? Remove and replace panels?
I'll be cutting out the rockers soon.
