Just put a nice plate frame around it like iI did. Still think this looks unfinished?

No that looks good. But I'm not sure my bumper is as clean cut as yours. I have a very symmetrical dent, right where the plate goes. And the OBS frame didn't work unfortunately. Still looking ????
