Well the only way to get a thicker side wall is to downsize the wheel or upsize the tire.
I’m thinking going down to 18 but I haven’t seen any with that size wheel and a 3.5 suspension lift :( feels bad. I also haven’t seen any with the 3.5 and upsized tire for that matter. It’s all too new we are pretty much setting the foundation for a lot of folk lol.

Wide tires isn’t my thing I prefer more or less flush to the fenders but I do like a thicker sidewall but from what I’m reading that can’t be achieved with 20s
Nitto, for example, has 50,55,60, and 65 series 20” rubber in their TGG2 tires. A 65 series is more than a little bit of sidewall

Thx. It’s been great. Transfer case sucks is the only downside. No 4H. Only 4A and 4L.
Ooooof. Well at least there is low range.

My wife just had her ‘22 high country in for some minor body work, had a new expy limited as a loaner. She hated every second of it. Couldnt hardly stand it. I told her it is better than a prius!

Looks good

Just got my nitto ridge grapplers mounted 305-45-22 and I definitely like them. Haven’t notice any rubbing yet. It rides well too. The only con is the tire noise which was expected. Should I use the same tire pressure as the stock 285-50-22’s? Asking because obviously they are some big tires. They look really good when I have my air ride up one above normal. I will be installing edgymod links so it stays up that high all the time

Do you know the ride height increments that the air ride has stock? Like first setting 3rd setting (one up from normal) is 1” 4th is 2” or is it something different stock?

Thanks again for the help!
