How’d you get a lift on the 6.2 with the adaptive air ride?
Anyone have an answer for this?
@Z71-HOE

They doing lifts with adaptive air ride now?

Seems the 6.2 is only available with air ride and he got the lift installed.

Or did he add aftermarket dual exhaust?

If so, does someone have a link to that, looks sweet.

Read his post. He does not have AAR suspension.

Installed a dual exhaust on his 5.3L

I’ve chatted with him a number of times on Instagram, he has the 5.3 and added the dual exhaust and proper fascia. Sounds like the parts swap is t the easiest as it involves drilling out a few rivets etc.

If memory serves, there’s someone else on these forums that has done the same.

Such a great look.

Thanks.

It does look great.

I was misreading it as he got the 6.2 lifted.

Thanks.

I did. Didn’t see/recall where he said he didn’t have AR. Explained my confusion in my post and asked for clarification.

I think you could lift the Air Ride with a level or lift kit up to 2-1/2” and use the EdgyMods links to “fool” the height sensors.

I just used the EdgyMods links themselves to level the truck. High quality and work great.

Having the 6.2 does not mean the vehicle has air suspension. There are several lift kits that work with the 6.2 motor.

Anytime I've selected the 6.2L motor on the configurator it automatically selects the Off Road Performance Package and Z71 Capability package...?

No clue.
My wifes ‘22 high country, with the 6.2, does not have air suspension.

Thanks! Looks like Chevy.com is only showing 6.2 with AAR for the 22 Z71.

EDIT: the 22 High Country does show available in 6.2 without AAR.
