Glad you got it fixed.
Since I was notified that this thread was updated, I want to make a note that whatever issues I experienced last year, no longer occurred last winter and have not re-appeared since my post from April 2023. Weird. My 2019 has only 2 large struts, 1 per side, with the driver side strut having an electrical connection. I noticed that suddenly today it wasn't wanting to open more than about a foot, and then closing. It needed help to raise fully, and the motor sounds like it is being strained more than usual. The only recent changes are a hand wash last week when it was in the 70s-80s, and today it was in the 30s and blustery.
That's what I expected however during a -10 January cold blast I experienced no issue, somehow. For some reason mine always start acting up when is cold. Same thing happened last winter. Now its getting worse. Thats why i teplaced for like 7 times since 2016 lol. Sometumes under warranty sometimwa i just dont have time to tale to dealer ti do it under warranty even i still have 1 year left on aftermarket CNA 10 years 100k miles
