While waiting for paint to dry stopped to go get stuff to make dinner. Got pretty much everything done to where I can assemble it when we get back. Ran the wires through firewall and up the a pillar. I used fuel line to cushion back edge of the shroud and got the seal on the shrouds front edge and foam tape on the bottom of the light bar. I will foam tape the top of the light bar when I make pieces to cover the gap between it and the windshield. I painted on the seal so it don't stick out so much I put a couple of layers of paint before putting on the sealView attachment 274944 View attachment 274945 View attachment 274946 View attachment 274947

The one thing sucks with this is gotta pull it down to adjust just the angle. I thought it was good till I screwed it up. but I gotta pull it back down and tip the shroud up so it will seal to the windshield. I will do that when I take it down to have windshield replaced. I'm using the button that came with the light bar for now till I get a rocker switch to put in upper console. When I hold it up against the windshield there is no glare with it tipped down slightly there is a little glare but not horrible. Not much comes back through the top so idk if I will fill that gap or not probably will. one of the visor screw clips stripped so gotta fix that. Thinking might get the tool to do rivserts and put them in the roof with small button head bolts about the size of the original visor screws. That's another project for when it comes out for the windshield replacement. Otherwise I'm happy with it. Tomorrow after I get the burb back from the alignment shop I will take better pictures showing the completed light bar install as it is now.
