Get a used door from the junk yard to drill and test the lock. If you don't end up liking it, put the oem door back. Post some pics if you do go thru with it.

Oh I got pics..... Pics of a hole with no lock in it! Bought the wrong dang lock!
This lock is a one position key out lock and I want a two position key out lock.

I want the choice of driving without the door locked or with it locked.

I needed this one below...
