Thanks to @89Suburban for recommending my oil leak to be a Valley Pan Gasket leak. I’ve looked further into it and it certainly is a problem with the NNBS it seems and will be replacing mine.

With that said...I’m looking for advice in other preventative maintenance items to change while I’m in there. So far, I’ll be replacing these:

-Valley Pan Gasket, and Seals
-Intake Manifold Gaskets

I’ll also clean the throttle body while it’s out and will clean the oil pressure sensor filter since it’s easy access.

Anything else I should change/clean?

Well, you have no knock sensors to deal with thankfully. What brand of gaskets/seals do you plan to use. IMO, stay with AC Delco or Fel-Pro but others here may have their own opinions on that. Have you seen any seepage at all at the valve covers? Also, IMO, if I was that far in to it I would do the oil pressure sender while apart and have better access. Unless the 6.2 access is not as bad as the 5.3.

I’m using “Genuine” valley Pan, Gasket, seals, and bolts (all for $60) from PartsGeek as well as FelPro Intake gaskets. I did go ahead and order a new Oil Pressure Sensor since it’s right there. I still have time to cancel the order if the “Genuine” brand is no good (first I’ve heard of them!).

I haven’t noticed any oil seepage around the valve covers at all, so they should be good.

Looks like they're playing off of the "GM Genuine" line of parts, which are the ones that the factory installs. There are other levels of "GM" branded parts, but they're produced by aftermarket companies to be sold at lower price points. I don't see how someone could mess up a valley cover, so it'll probably be fine. Just keep your original, at least for a little while in case something develops. Speaking of, why not keep your original cover and just replace the gaskets?

As far as other parts, I'd get the updated driver side rocker cover (don't forget the gasket(s) if not included) if yours hasn't been updated yet.

For gaskets, AC Delco, Fel-Pro or Mahle have all served me well. Since you'll have it off, clean out the intake manifold. You'll likely have oil puddled up at the back of it. I use a can of engine degreaser and 3-4 cans of brake parts cleaner- the SuperTech brand from WalMart works great and is half the cost of the "skim milk" ones. The oil in the manifold and rearmost cylinders is why we get the updated rocker cover and a catch can. At only 140K miles, you likely aren't past the point of no return, but you're approaching it if you don't act now.

Thanks for the info. I’m interested to see the amount of oil in the manifold.

I’ll take your advice and swap out the driver valve cover (once I find it).

Definitely will be installing a catch can in the near future as well.

I’ve always used CRC Brakleen...is this “skim milk” to the Super Tech?

Thanks for the comprehensive list! I was trying to figure out the new PN for the updated valve cover, so that’s very helpful, thanks!

I just purchased a JLT catch can from Summit for $140.

Jason I am noticing that cover you picked does not have the solenoid assembly on it. Please be aware they are riveted on at least in my case. Don't want to see you tear it apart for nothing and be screwed like I was. Not sure about the 6.2's never messed with one.
