i know this is a dumb one................. HD = Heavy duty??? guessing it comes of of a 2500 truck???? another question, if thats the case, is it an exact fit?? any mods required??

yes... you are right... and yes, it is an exact fit... the HD hood is a complete visual effect. The HD 2500 motor is no bigger then the one in our tahoes...

damn i live right off the 605 and 60. i'll take a trip up to irwindale, about 5 mins from me and check it out. thanks for the info. i have an 01 suburban but wouldnt mind an hd hood. now just gotta get my neighbor to paint it
