i'm sure this has been mentioned already on here, but what is the difference between the G3 and G4 versions? I seem many EagleEyes ending with the G3 part# and they look identical (to me) as the G4 tails. Maybe it's just a part# typo.

Probably just an upgrade in version. I do know that the G3's were more "buggy" requiring resistors to prevent the fast blink issue. The G4 doesn't seem to have that issue nearly as often.

almost positive the main difference is that G4 added the resistors

you may have to still add resistors to the g4. I had to but it really easy to swap them. ON the g4 there is a big black box on the tails. Just cut that out and put in 6 ohm resistors in its place

Well it happened to me today. I was at a stop sign waiting to turn and had the blinker on. After 8-10 seconds with the blinker on, it went into hyper blink mode. Looks like the resistors are going in.

Where dis you buy the resistors at? Can I get them at the auto parts store or will I need to search for them online?
