I found an 06 earlier and was told to run, so i did. Now I happened to come across this 2007 Yukon XL Denali. Fully loaded with decent miles.

Here is also the link to the carfax for this vehicle

Thoughts on this vehicle?

Otherwise I found this one, would have to check finances first, but seems like a great deal.

I would go for the 2011 if you could. It doesn't seen like a lot more, but much lower mileage, more horsepower and newer technology.

I paid $22K for my 2007 Denali XL with 46,500 miles.

The 07 looks awesome and with those miles I'm thinking was properly maintained it's whole life. The fact that it's 8 years old a buyer has some negotiating room with that and could probably snag for like 22K.

The 11 with 31k miles for under $30K seems like a great price and should have a little life left in the factory warranty for piece of mind but I wouldn't expect much if any price movement. I noticed no third row seat pictures tho so make sure they aren't missing. My 11 (not XL) certified was 33,999 with 72K miles for reference.

In my option an XL is a very useful truck but with it's length some angles are tough for me to deal with making it look a little awkward. I think black and dark colors in general ease that up for me anyway. If I were in your spot I'd go up to $22K for the black 07. If you're financing it will be a nice easy loan and give you some wiggle room if you wanted to make it your own with a few mods or upgrades.

Location
Redneck central, Aka Houston
that 07 is not terrible.
But I would try for less than 20k out the door, milage is kinda high for price.

But that 11 is just a few K (lol, I know) over the 07.

Pick the body style you like and try for one. Don't pay asking price tho.

Any good tactics to get the price down on that 2007? It's still available. I have to do most of my haggling over the internet or phone as the dealer is about a 4 hour drive from me.

I'm not sure how strict, or stiff they are on pricing.

Nada shows clean retail at 24,200 and KBB at 26,000.

If I could get price down to about 21 or so, I think it would be a decent deal?

You have to decide based on what you think in the end in particular when you see it in person and test it out. Prices vary sometimes from region to region so a forum will have a wide range of price suggestions not to mention your classic internet finance guy who will tell everyone they did wrong and what they could have done. If it were me I'd aim for 22K. My reasoning is its older and no dealer will want to hold that for too long and I bet that they gave someone no more than 18K on a trade for it so they will budge and make their money. Remember it's you and nobody needs to know what you paid, what your monthly is or anything else so long as you are satisfied with the vehicle and deal Good luck

Dang! I thought my journey had ended.

Found a beautiful fully loaded 2007 XL Denali . 44k miles, 1 owner, clean carfax with maintenance records.

$25,000

I inquired about it, told me it was gone before it even hit the lot, meaning a salesman probably bought it.

Not sure how long link will last, but this is the vehicle
