I think I saw you on the meadowbrooke today. Truck looks good!
How’s the ride on the MT struts? Wondering if someone has taken the spring route that has been used for the front (using the ‘09 springs) for the rear. Is there any reason why I would be able to use an older model Tahoe spring to get the 3” drop on the ***** on my ‘21? TIA

Just purchased couple weeks ago and immediately dropped off to my alterations guy. Specs...
2022 RST Diesel
Wheels are Black Rhino Kunene 22" (offset 10, so it pokes about 3/4" more than stock wheels)
Stock tires
Ceramic coated (used local Ceramic Pro dealer) - this is a MUST for black vehicles IMO
tinted front driver and passenger windows to match back windows
tinted orange front fender blinkers
tinted taillights
Lowered 2" front and back using Belltech adjustable struts
Removed Tahoe badging from sides
Removed RST and Duramax badging from tailgate (left Tahoe badging under tailgate window)
Installed smoked black aero skin on leading edge of hood
Well Done here! Absolutely perfect! I have a 2021 White RST Diesel and going to get the stock 22" black rims and lower it. How is the ride compared to stock? Also, did you notice any change in fuel economy since its now lowered? That is one thing I worry about if I lower mine because I need all the MPG I can get living here in Bay Area.

Thank you! The ride is a little stiffer and sportier....noticable, but nothing crazy. I did not notice any change in fuel economy. I thought it might actually improve as it is 2" lower and catching less resistance. It handled better and had less body roll around corners after lowering. Most importantly, it look 1000x better lowered.

Would it be stupid to lower the z71? I am thinking of adding the black wheels but don't know if I want to go with all terrain tires and keep the off road spirit, or treat it like a concrete jungle cruiser.

Did you order and install this? How did it work out?
I did not. Still have the page bookmarked. I'm actually down a car waiting for my next one to show up so I can afford to have this in the shop for a day or two.
