Lowering question

I have a completely stock 05 Denali w/air ride, looking to convert to springs and also lower it. I am looking at one of the lowering kits from belltech. Part #759SP. Will this kit achieve what I am looking to do and does it come with everything I need? Thanks. Any advice and tips would be great.
