I was just gonna say I found the escalade 6.2 for 5300 on pace performance. Not too bad of pricing. Does that come with everything needed to hook up to my truck?

One of my buddies is a pretty big GM gear head. Hangs out on there a bit. I'll have to get his opinion.

My buddy bought a basically brand new 5.3 ( I think it had about 3,000 miles on it) for either $1000 or 1,500.

Im also interested in the swap since my 5.3 has 90k on it and if I come across a good deal on a 6.2 I would debate doing it..

1500 isn't bad I guess. If I can pick up a low mileage 6.2 for 3500... Yeah I'll sell it for 1500

There's a low mileage 6.2 on performancetrucks.net for $3400 as we speak. Do it.
