My daughter has been driving my Ford Excursion ever since she was

15 1/2 years old. Has never put a dent or scratch in it yet.

Cause it is Daddy's FORD, which he loves sooooo much more then his Tahoe. of course she would not dare to put a scratch into that fine piece of equipment. ;)

Partially true. She is obviously scared because one slight hit with the Ford will cause it to fall completely apart and dad would go nuts, which is why they stopped making the excursion.

Ford stopped making the Exursion because of the gas mileage and pressure from the tree huggers/EPA.

They also stopped making them because of slow sales since Tahoe and Suburban drivers couldn't afford them.

A fully loaded LTZ tahoe cost more than an Excursion... new and used.

And the Tahoe looks 100x's better inside and out. :)

Everything has it's good points and bad points. The Expedition EL replaced the Excursion. The interior on the Expedition EL is much better looking.... and it comes with a floor shifter, something Tahoes and Suburbans need to catch up on.
