Whelp I knew something had to go wrong today. Bought myself a mdi for pretty cheap off ebay and finally got my heated seats working. This thing worked great!! Went to flash my GPS radio to possibly add a backup camera and it comes back blaring the radio at max volume. Like it's been theft locked my chimes don't work my steering wheel controls don't work. It's crazy. All because I may of messed up one little thing. Any advice?

When programming you should pull fuses for any aftermarket radios, alarms, etc. Not sure if yours is just a different GM model radio or an aftermarket unit, but anything non-standard should not be fused when programming.

Thing is this wasn't the stock radio do you think I should guess until it works? It's not letting me enter part numbers?
What I mean by part numbers is to select the correct options/features that match your vehicle. Like a navigation radio without rear entertainment versus a navigation radio with rear entertainment.

You might want to program after returning your truck to stock for the backup camera and then change radios when you are done.

Thing is this a oem navigation system radio that I put in. Do you know the rpo code for a truck w/o rse cause I think that's my issue.

My 2009 has no rear seat entertainment, it does have rear seat audio. The RPO for the navigation unit is U3U.

What are you driving and what year is your navigation radio? What is its part number?

look on the radio and see if there is a part number that matches any listed in the programming options, I did this upgrade for a another member a while back, we just had to select the correct radio and it worked fine all he had to do was add the gps antenna

I solved it. I didn't see the scroll bar on sps so it's all good everythings working now.
