I hit a snag.... The new pushrods are too short. Honestly I was sort of expecting this because at the beginning of this build, I hadn't planned on replacing the engine and heads, only the cam. Now that it's all new, the rods I have are short. Shouldn't take too long to get replacements though. Maybe I'll get lucky and the torque converter will arrive sooner and I can assemble it all together.

I see you painted the front so you should think about doing the valve covers. I used VHT wrinkle paint on mine, looks great. I mean, since you have time...
