No. I just bought it for my wife last week. The transmission was rebuilt at 180k. I knew the engine cant be beat with alot of people I know going 300k+ on the original engine. And everyone on here. The engine runs so good. I'm well pleased.

Yeah these engines are monsters, I just got mine with 167k and was trying to get ideas on how long the factory trans lasted.

My mom has an 06 with 275k miles and the original engine. She replaced her transmission at 220k.
