So if you replaced the lifters and cam maybe its not those components? What about the injector or the intake manifold gaskets? I just fought a battle with cylinder 7 misfire on mine and it was a bad o-ring on the injector. See my post.

Gotta read back up the thread. He's verified that the rocker arms aren't moving after startup when they should be, and that's what's generating the misfire.
