Possibly got dust/dirt in the buttonHello, I hope that you could help me out with a problem I have with my 2015 suburban. It has the 6 inch entertainment/ nav
screen. For some reason, the volume knob on the radio sticks and grinds when you adjust it, sometimes even feels like it’s locked up ? And also, the Center of the volume knob, that turns the radio on and off, and also mutes it, sticks in when pressed ? It worked fine before, and I’m lost as to what it could be ? Any ideas ?
As far as rear speakers, it really doesn't matter as GM uses the rear speakers as "rear fill", so you wont really hear the difference.I have a 08 Escalade premium and would like to know what aftermarket replacement speakers would be good for the rear doors. I've heard infinity kappa are very good and close to the factory 2.0 ohms, kappa are 2.5 ohms. Thoughts?
so. as far as the the hdd question, unfortunately apple has this funny thing where they dont like to allow there customers to "willy nilly" tkae things off of their phones like they are har drives....unlike android phones. and for samsung spotify question it should "just work". just put your stereo on bluetooth audio and start spotify on your phone or if you are having the same issues that i had after i updated my phone to android 9 you have to go to settings then apps then search for spotify and make sure its allowed to run in the background.Hello, I hope that you could help me out with a problem I have with my 2015 suburban. so you have the factory nav system? if so then its probably one of those things where its just too old to keep going and the battery change just helped to put it out of its misery.Below is a post I put up about 2 yrs ago but didn’t get any input.....got any ideas??
I have a 2008 Tahoe with 54k miles. I'm having essentially the same issue as everyone else: Nav keeps changing zone from SW to NE ( I live in Az). And when this happens the clock advances two hours. In addition some of the settings change for the radio, for example "Limit Features While Driving" keeps resetting to "ON" when I've set it to off. I suspect other things are resting as well but i haven't discovered them yet. Oddly the radio stations are not changing. I did have a battery replaced about 2 months ago and do not recall having any of these issues prior to that. Anyone have any ideas? thanks
so this one is rather easy just change the radio to an aftermarket unit. at best buyyou can get an android auto/apple carplay receiver for alot hceaper than other local shops and they come with free installation or if you would to do it yourself just let me know and i can walk you through it.Hello, I'd like to mirror Google Maps to my navigation screen on my 2014 Tahoe LTZ (Bose, Nav, Rear DVD with RCA inputs). The radio code is UBS. I've read where I can output the audio/video signal from the iPhone with a few cables (lightning to HDMI, HDMI to Composite converter, into RCA on rear console). Does this sound like the best way to you or are their better options? Also, guessing I'd still need to work around the motion bypass to view the map while driving.
-Thanks
