Are these any good? I keep hearing about lights going dead, moisture issues, etc. I'd love to buy these if they are tried and true.
Dont know necessarily those, but that style. Trying to get a set for the wife's hoe.

Id remove everything. Starting with the awful fender vent! Molding, nerf bars, brush guard, tint the windows. Thatll clean everything up

Yep. Vent should go. And def tint. What's guard look like from front? You lowering leveling lifting or keeping it stock? If level/ lift powder black nerfs to match guard. If low lose both.

Lose the fender vents ASAP, throw on some NNBS Denali 20's, and just pick up a set of black border stockers(04-06) instead of overlays, and tint the front windows.....that will get you headed in the right direction...and no chrome pillar posts plz!

You have a nice vehicle to start with....don't clutter up it with all that extra BS IMO

Nnbs denali 20s for sure!

Thanks everyone for the advice/ideas. I am leaving it at the stock height, at least for now. Are NNBS Denali 20's a direct swap? I have an SLT w auto ride, would this be affected?
To be clear, the vehicle came as you see it (only have it a couple weeks) with the exception of the streetscene grille, the sound system, removal of the light guards from the brush guard (3 bars that mount in the tubing), and the stupid fender vents that were an impulse buy when I went to purchase plugs and wires from autozone.
I REMOVED THE CRAP VENTS. Check it out

Photoshopped it. Red tails, clear corners, debadged. I'm thinking of swapping the nerfs for the stock running boards to create a more compact look.

YES they are a direct swap and NO it will not affect your suspension in the least bit.

Here is another SLT with some mods......Esky rear vents, Esky rack, NNBS 20's......good look IMO. I see plenty of NNBS Denali 20's on CL--you could grab a set for a decent price and it would make a world of difference for ya ;)

Anyone know if these Denali lights will fit? I like the dark outline, and I'll use VHT to spray the amber red.
