Not a fan of Monroe branded products. The don't last long at all. Now understand that Monroe makes other brands...... even for OE, but in my experience, Monroe branded parts fall short.

Only way I would stick a Monroe in was if I was selling the car.

Are you happy with OEM performance? Buy acdelco and have a shop break down the strut for you. You can then install the Assembly

Monroe = trash. If you are looking for cheaply made junk with an advertizing budget Monroe is for you, if you want quality look elsewhere.

I would take a look at Bilstein.

I did Monroe quick struts on my old Yukon when I removed the air ride. It rode fine when for the bit I drove it before trading it in

Look for air lines going to the shocks.

Also you hear the compressor running at time like startup

Yates- When you intsalled these on your yukon did they keep your front end at stock hieghth? I read that some people were having problems with them raising the front up after installation.

Honestly I am not 100% positive as I had went from air ride to this but I do not remember it looking like it was higher than stock height.
