Besides, you may need to rip it out and hide it when being pulled over for impersonating a police officer. :secret:
Yes, very true. That's what happened last time, but I was being stupid about it (much younger). Hopefully that doesn't happen this time.

What sort of trouble? I only ask because I have some LEDs behind the grill, too. Want to know what's in store for me.
Well, I had someone get a little overly irritated about it and they followed me for about 30 minutes to a bar and then the cops showed up and asked me about it. I, obviously, told them I had no idea what they were talking about and the officer said that if he didn't see it they can't do anything about it but if it happens again..blahblah. Then it happend again while a friend of mine was driving it he messed with someone and the police pulled it off the car right there.

Sounds like a generally bad idea to me...... but you have fun with that!

But in answering your question, with the story given and the reason you are installing it..... I'd "HIDE" it in the center console if it isn't something used all the time.

I'd also install some train horns to draw more attention to yourself!!

Attention Hoe!

Mine are LED white. I was careful not to go blue or red because I read in NC DMV laws that it's strictly illegal, no gray area. (Well, maybe a little gray area. It's ok to use when vehicle isn't moving, or when it's not on a road; but only white strobes). Sounds like the police where nice to your friend for not arresting him! I hope that I'm so lucky if I get in trouble. I also don't use mine pretty much at all. I just have them there for the intimidation factor. I also have strobe flashers in my headlight and tails, but I haven't used them since I put them in. Just another fun mod.
