wow, you guys revived an old, dead thread. after reading this, im curious as to how one replaces an intake gasket, which is under the intake, without pulling the intake off... wtf are they talking about?

ooooo it is old. i didnt realize....

I havnt done an intake gasket before, but I believe they are of an o-ring style that doesnt require RTV or scraping. So, i guess you remove the intake hold down bolts, lift it up and swap the gaskets.

I would still pull the whole thing apart to be sure i did it right though.
